The Australian Institute of Professional Brokers Limited (AIPB) is a Public company limited by guarantee and (self assessed) as a non-profit company.
Membership is open to fit and proper Australian entities and individuals.
The constitution forbids distributions to members except as bona fide compensation for services rendered or reimbursement of expenses incurred on behalf of the company.
The constitution forbids distributions to members upon the eventual wind up of the company.
Limited liability on winding up
The amount of the contribution is limited to $20.00 per Member in any circumstances.
